-Cancellations or changes are only allowed 5 days before your arrival. Then they have a penalty

Do I need a 4×4 vehicle?
No, Monteverde has a paved road from San José, if travelling from Guanacaste the last 15km is gravel road, but in good condition.
How many rooms do you offer?
5 in total: 4 Honeymoon suites (max. 2 pax) and 1 family suite (max. 5 pax)
Do all rooms have a jacuzzi?
Yes all rooms
What does the room include?
All our suites have a equipped kitchen with all the necessary implements for cooking (microwave, stove, refrigerator, gas grill (except adventure suite), coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, salt, oil, sugar, coffee and tea). They also include a complimentary mini bar.
Breakfast is included?
Yes, we offer buffet breakfast from 7am to 9.30am.
Do you offer free parking?
The property is located within a complex with a private entrance and gate, you can park in front of the room.
Do you offer restaurant on site?
We offer a themed restaurant on the treetops, is open every day only for dinner and lunch, reservations are required and only one type of 9-course tasting menu is offered. More info at www.sanlucas.cr
Can I add extra beds or people?
In our honeymoon tents we offer rollaway bed for minors only (additional prices apply) 3 adults are not permitted and our Family suite we offer 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for a maximum of 5 people, no rollaway beds can be added. A cot can be added to any room at no additional cost for a child up to 2 years old.
Do you offer spa services?
Yes currently we offer in room spa service.
How is the weather in Monteverde?
Monteverde is located at 1600 meters above sea level (5300 ft.) therefore a cold climate prevails, from October to January it is very windy and with rains. Average temperature is 20C and 15C. at night (68F day and 59F night)
